WHAT IS YBT

Young Business Talents is the only free favorite program that lets you gain experience by doing. A business simulator that will allow you to practice making all kinds of decisions within a company. You can participate in a regional and national competition that will give an exciting incentive when using the simulator- You will be able to live the same as you live when managing.

WHAT TO DO

Run a company: Analyze, Plan, Execute and Control. The essential thing is the plans that are formed by a set of decisions. Decisions are what is entered into the simulator. Young Business Talents allows you to accurately emulate what is happening in the business world.

HOW

Internet

The entire business game takes place over the Internet

Management team

Create your «management team» and decide the name of the company you are going to run.

Simulation

Each simulation is made up of 4/5 companies (teams).

Business Plan

You prepare a plan that is entered in the simulator and that will give you some results.

Score

Your company will be scored based on its position relative to competitors.

Re-Score

The above is repeated as many times as indicated on the calendar.

Position

The sum of the scores is what gives the position.

Phases

In each phase change the companies are drawn again and you will compete with other different teams.

Finalists

The companies with the highest score will go to the national final.

WHEN

Between the months of November and February, and you can register between the months of September and October.

BUSINESS SIMULATOR PRAXIS MMT

The management simulator used is from Praxis MMT. They are simulators adapted to the levels of competencies and capacities that a person needs in your circumstances.

MMT simulators are the deepest and widest and will be the most complete, powerful and real of those that exist.

The Praxis MMT business simulator that you are going to use has some characteristics that make it unique:

Interference

You do not compete against the simulator, you compete against other companies that interfere with your results. As in life itself.

Realism

The simulator is not theoretical, it is not an invented scenario, it is an emulation of a real sector and its behavior.

Depth

Repetitive decisions do not influence how deep a simulator is. It is three times deeper in decisions by product and market than another.

Amplitude

Our simulator, your simulator, contemplates up to 113 decisions, considering relevant factors that influence management.
